Adding Acitivties to the Unified Interface Timeline Properties

Hello

Does anyone know if it is possible to add to the list of Activities available when you select "Filter By" on the Activities Tab Properties for the Unified Interface on a Form?

I want to add Letter and Fax (remember those!) so that these type of activity records can be displayed on the Timeline for a Contact.

Thanks

Deborah

Unfortunately this list is totally uncontrollable.

"Define as an activity entity", "Display in Activity Menus", "Allow quick create" - I was researching for all possible combinations to see how that list items are generated/excluded in that dropdown. No luck.

CRM Product does not allow quick create option to be checked for Letter & Fax. Even if you add quick create form for them no use.

You cannot do anything to customize that list.
