Insert Item of type service in Service Line

Hi everyone

I have an item (Item1) which is of type "Service". 

Why I can't add it to Service Line? I'm not able to find it on the list even though it exists. 

I have the same question (0)

    System applies filter for Customer No also.Please check this

    Hi Rishikesh,

    I couldn't see any filters when I was trying to select Item for service lines.

    Hello,

    If you setup the Item with a Type Service and you go to a Service Order and try to enter the Item it will appear.

    Service Items cannot be added the the Service Item Worksheet. I entered mine at the Service Order line level.
