Do you have multiple versions of NAV installed?

Try to repair the NAV version

Please set company in development enviornement
Tools --> Options --> Company
and try again.

I have added the company in Tools > Options. But, it also cannot work.
Did you try the link which I provided and also by repairing the installation?

Please add company name in general tab field "Services Default Company" in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Administration for service which you are using then restart the service and try again.
