Error after updated 10.0.33 to on-premise Dev VM

Hi Folks,
 
I've updated DEV VM from 10.0.29 to 10.0.33. and after updating I did DB sync, but it got failed with below errors.
 
 
Has anyone faced this error before?
 
Please help me to resolve this. Thanks in advance!

    It seems that you have a problem with DataSharing package. First of all, verify that it exists in PackagesLocalDirectory.

    DataSharing package is there in packageLocalDirectory and I successfully performed build of the same model and then full database synchronization. Now I'm getting below errors and not able to sign in visual studio/Connect to team explorer.
     
    The request was rejected by the server. Technical information: HTTP code 400: Bad request
     
    Output log: TF205020: Could not connect to server ‘tfs.server.com//collectionname’. This server was used in your last session, but it might be offline or unreachable. Confirm that the server is available on the network. To attempt to connect again, or to a different server, click ‘Connect To Team Foundation Server’ in Team Explorer or the Team menu. The server returned the following error: The request was rejected by the server. Technical information: HTTP code 400 bad request
     
    Could you please help me how to troubleshoot this?
