New system dashboards aren't available

Hello,

I created a new system dashboard (so through Customize the System > Dashboards > New).  I published the Dashboard...and it's not available to select in the drop down.  The dashboard is enabled for all security roles right now.

What's interesting is I can use XrmToolBox's User Settings Utility and set the Dashboard as the default for a user.  When the user logs in, the Dashboard page just uses the one of the out of the box Social Overview dashboard.

I then deleted the dashboard and created again, same results.  So I then created a new dashboard with nothing on it, same result.  I then created a personalized dashboard...and same result.  I searched the forums for a bit but no solutions yet.

    Hello Jeff,

Please 'Publish All Customizations' for new dashboard and make sure user refresh the page afterwards.

Also, if your user is using an app, you also need to include the new dashboard through App Designer.

    Regards,

    Abby

    Hi,

Do you mean that you create a new system dashboard as a system admin navigating by

Settings > Customizations > Customize the System > Components > Dashboards > New?

Then you click "Publish all the customizations", but when you check the dashboard in the Sales, the new dashboard doesn't in the list.

DO you refresh the system? Do you try to clean the caches of the web browser and login to check again?

Does this issue happen with system admin?

Which version of Dynamics CRM do you use?

    BR,

    Judy

This can be a caching problem; clear your browser cache and try. it should work.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I was able to resolve this morning by changing the security of some of the dashboards that the user doesn't need.  Once I removed their role from it, it showed up.
