Why do you immediately reject the best solution available? Are you aware of that AX already depends on hundreds .NET DLLs?
Thanks for replay Martin ,I Know that Ax carry .NET DLLs ,Am find turning to solve this task in AX itself And please share any link to solve this task With are without DLLs

strange requirement. Even without auto-deployed dlls which you have the source code within an csharp project in aot?
If you have only one dedicated sftp server you maybe can use some kind of ftp sftp bridge software (something like [View:https://www.bitvise.com/ftp-bridge]) and use ftp against this bridge running computer.

Tony, you sill didn't answer my question. Please tell us what problem you have with .NET and whether ".NET DLLs" means that you can't create custom projects or that you can't use classes included in standard .NET libraries. It seems to make little in either case, so you should explain your situation.
