Our Sales Order Entry users utilize SO/PO linking but are having trouble because their security settings prohibit them from seeing the "Purchase Orders Generation Register report that is created once the "GENERATE" icon is clicked in SO/PO purchase order entry.

These users have all the standard Purchasing security settings, is there a different security task that must be enabled for this report to populate for these users?

What is the error you are getting please post the same attaching screen shot.

This comes upon right after the generate button is ran. The operation is successful, but the confirmation doesnt print.

I believe that's the same report that's generated from when you use the actual PO Generator. There's a default Task ID that you could add called TRX_PURCH_008* that has those reports in it. But that gives access to the PO Generator which might not be a good thing. The other option would be to modify one of the tasks that they already have and add the PO Gen reports to the task. See below for the three names.

Hi, this is a tricky one due to the fact that requisitions require some sort of access to the Sales module. Take a look at the reports in the Sales series and you will find what you need. It is listed as SOP Purchase Orders Generation Register.
