Requisition Information Agent (RQRIA00.exe) is no longer sending emails

RIA works OK. My biggest problem is that when it fails it does not know it has failed and continues to flag the emails as sent. So it's really a one-time shot. For the last two week this program has not sent any emails at all. I have restarted the server, moved RQRIA to another machine and tried a complete reinstall (of the client). Nothing has help.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue. How do other handle informing users of IR's pending approval?

    Hi I'm having the same issue. If I double click the Microsoft.Dynamics.SL.outlookaddin file it installs it. Am I on the right track here?

    If you navigate to the SL folder you should see a folder called outlookaddin. In that folder there is a file called Microsoft.Dynamics.SL.outlookaddin. vsto. If you would click that, does it indicate the current version is installed, or does it install it?
