Hi,
My team are using Dynamics CRM online 2015 and we have come across an issue with versioning. Myself and a colleague worked on the same entity but my work got overwritten by his work. Is there anyway of preventing this? Is there functionality to lock the Entity for editing?

Thank you Guido, It seems logical that it should have some sort of locking mechanism or at least a notification mechanism to inform you that someone else is working on it. This would make sense not just for co-located colleagues but in situations where there are cross site teams working together.

Best thing as one person doing activities in the entity and finished it everything (save and published)then the next person will do the activities in the same entity. It avoids overwritten

Just to clarify the work done that was lost was on a form.
