Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration with wordpress

Hi there,

We're a Management Consultancy firm working with a client to implement a back-end CRM Dynamics implementation for sales leads management (lead generation all the way through to order fulfilment) and the client wants to be able to integrate Dynamics reporting into their front-end Wordpress site.

The idea is that customers can login to the website and see the status of their order.

Is this something that's possible or been successfully achieved?

    I think the SDK comes with a PHP walkthrough - and as far as I remember WordPress is built in PHP, so that might be a good starting point.

    I'm not aware of a solution as such, but you may find something like Scribe will also help connect these two systems.

    Hi,

    Thanks. Wordpress is PHP so providing the SDK is compatible that should help. Does anyone have experience in terms of aligning the wordpress database with CRM in terms of access credentials / user profiles? We want to avoid the situation where a user needs two sets of login; one for the website and one to access the CRM Dynamics charts
