Hi All,
I have requirement to write integration between Dynamics CE and another application. First things comes to my mind is to write two logics apps, each one listens to events source system and then gets triggers and update relevant system.
Is this a good design in terms of performance ? What happens if one of the system gets down for few minutes (although this will not happen). In this case what best design practice i can follow?
Please guide.
Thank you
anyone please
Hi JeffGreenrc, when building integrations with Microsoft Dynamics I strongly recommend using Web API with Postman and/or using SDK with C# language.
Using Web API, you will get data faster than SDK but using SDK you can create more customizations.
Here you can find more documentation:
Web API using Postman: Use Postman with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Web API (Developer Guide for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement) | Microsoft Docs
SDK using C# Language: Get started (Developer Guide for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises)) | Microsoft Docs
