Give the SharePoint Metadata options when a document is uploaded in Dynamics 365.

I have configured the Document Management in my CRM, and whenever I upload a file, a folder is created in the SharePoint library.

But now, I want to configure it such that, when I am uploading a document in CRM, it needs to give me the options of what that document is related to. So, I have set up a Metadata Navigation in the Document library. However, I don't know if giving the metadata option in CRM is possible?

Is it possible using a plugin, or do we have some other ways to do it? I have already tried the SharePoint Designer and Flow.

OOB Sharepoint Integration and the sharepoint grid added in CRM forms does not provide an option to set the values for the metadata.

You would be required to write custom code to set those values. It could either be through plugins and workflows on the CRM side or write custom code on sharepoint side when a file is uploaded.
