Use Scribe to show inventory in Dynamics CRM 365 with integration NAV 2017

Hi All,

I have integrated NAV 2017 with dynamics CRM 365 online. Data has been synced between two but I need to view inventory details of NAV environment in CRM 365 online. Someone suggest me to use scribe for this.

Can anybody help me to suggest how to use scribe to show inventory details of NAV environment in CRM 365 dynamics online?

Any help in this would be highly appreciated!

Hi Kavita,

Scribe Online and Insight (on-prem version) both have a connector for both Nav and Dynamics CRM. The way Scribe works is that it synchronises data between multiple systems through "agents". You will need the Dynamics 365 Agent and the Nav ones then you will need to create a Scribe Online solution and add the data mappings to it. Once completed, data will be synchronised between both systems.

Scribe Online level 1 training (online training) is normally free with your licenses so I suggest you do this training. It is really simple tool with most mapping work done as a drag and drop excercise. You could also subscribe to the developers portal for a free trial environment and access to all documentation here: https://dev.scribesoft.com/
