[Solved] Upgrade BC20.2 to BC21.0 OnPrem - Extension compilation error on Microsoft_Base Application.app

Posted on by 35

Hi,

I'm converting a BC20.2-database to BC21.0 (OnPrem). I'm following the Microsoft instructions for upgrading. I'm stuck at the step where I am supposed to publish the new Base App. It raises compilation errors in three base app codeunits:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Best regards,
Roel

    Hi Vince,

A reinstall of BC21 did the trick for me. Can't remember I did something else.

    Best regards,

    Roel

    Hi,

Did you perform something specific? I too tried to re-install BC21 but I still have the same issue?

    Thanks and Regards,

    Vince
