How to write off inventory D365 Finance and operations

Hi all,

my client need to write off some obsolete inventory in D365FO, anyone can help what steps I should do ?  Thanks

    You may use counting journals.

    Hi phyllispang,

    If it’s the actual transaction, typically a movement or adjustment journal is used. The benefit of using a movement journal is you get to select an offset account in which to post the adjustment.
