when i try to post an intercompany bank transaction, system is throwing the below error (Bank to Bank Intercompany amount transfer)

Hi Akkati Sureh,
Just try to create a split posting where you enter bank 1 in the first line and post it against a bridging account and bank 2 in the second line that you post against the same bridging account. This should work.
