Hi,
If the field security is enabled for a field called 'DOB' on a entity form and user 'A' has no read, write access to it, then will it be visible to the same user after downloading a report in excel format?

User don't have specific access (read or write) the field security on that field and user downloaded the excel field with that field the result (field value) as blank

I have tested it and if User don't have the field security (read privilege) on that field and user download the excel field with that field, value will be blank.

Hello Amit,
If user 'A' has no field level access (no read) to the secured 'DOB' field, this user will not be able to see it's value in the application or in any export to Excel, Word or otherwise.
With field security read access has to be explicitly assigned to a user for them to be able to see the value anywhere.
