Issues with Quick Start Step 4 : unable to setup rule

I no longer find any solution. Each time trying to setup a Customer Service solution, nothing went well after step4.

Looks like there is a lot of error:

I have tried with Firefox and Edge, in normal and private mode. I also try to reset environnment, still the same. No modification made except following Quick Start guide... I don't understand what's happened. 

Can you help me ?
