Where do outgoing/customer facing PO's get saved? I have the required Microsoft office / word plugin for GP Dynamics installed but cannot seem to locate where the program stores the file.

I think people may be confused by what you are asking.
Could you clarify what you expect to be happening in more detail.
The Word plugin for GP is merely there to allow you to edit report format templates, it does not take any part in the generation of reports.
There is also no automatic saving of the generated word documents into any kind of repository of word documents, if that is what you mean?
You would normally just re-print the PO from the GP PO, that would re-generate the word document again.
If a more sophisticated document management system is needed, then there are a number of 3rd party products if you google for them for this kind of thing.
