So what is the exact meaning of following
Removed or deprecated platform features - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs
The feature in LCS being deprecated is described here: Process and consume data packages in finance and operations apps - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs
Hi Sandeep,
A PDP was just a data package which was linked in an LCS BPM node. E.g. when BPM would describe a process where you could load some default data to get started, the PDP was available on this point to directly start the import of some default data.
The PDP was mandatory for ISV solutions as part of the curation process, where I always disliked this requirement as customers could just import the demo or example data packages without browsing the BPM on LCS. So with deprecating the DPD, no feature of Data management itself is lost; it is only about being able to link a data package to a process node.
Thanks a lot
