Maintenance routines GP
Hi all, I need to run maintenance routines outside GP and be able to program, anyone knows a method to perform them. I also need to schedule the inventory conciliation without entering GP.

This is very original idea that could be considered not only for Maintenance in Dynamics GP but several other tasks such as primarily "Posting". Although, few genius fox have been there before and developed a legendary product called "Post Master for Dynamics GP", Post Master doesn't require a GP client to be running, posting is performed on all the modules according to the initial configuration.
I personally have no precise answer on how to run posting without a GP client running, but tend to believe it is performed through the posting stored procedures. Keep in mind, it is doable but requires such a considerable effort to be achieved either for GP Maintenance generally or Inventory Reconciliation specifically.

I think this is very difficult task. First you need to find out the scripts names which are used for Inventory Reconciliation. Based on the scripts only we can confirm whether this is possible on outside GP.
Note: I would not recommend you to break the GP standard logic.
