the file is deleted from Microsoft so can i have this setup for urgent use ??

Seems that installation file was deleted for some reason. I would recommend to get in touch with Microsoft and request that file if you need it.

Just believe my word - not a lot of Microsoftees visit this forum even it's hosted by them. I would recommend to get in touch with Microsoft Support directly to get help.
