Hi

Im looking to edit the predefined roles in stakeholder in the opportunity entity (see below)

I can see that the field is coming from 'record2roleid' in the connection role area, but cant see a drop down list to edit.

Any ideas?

thanks

Look at the Connection entity.  You should be able to customize the Role there.

Not quite the right field.  That's the lookup attribute, you need the Option Set Attribute.  Sort by Field type and just skip down to the Option Sets.

you don't need to customize the entity, you need to edit the connections:

    Hi Wayne

I can only see 2 option sets under the connection entity and both show a different option list than to what is in opportunities stakeholders

    Thanks Guido

On a related mater, is it possible to expand the recent opportunities view on contacts to show not only the primary contact but anyone who has been added into the opportunity as a stakeholder

Can someone please share the solution again? I am unable to add more options in Role for Stakeholder grid.

Click on Advanced Find > Connection Roles > Run Query > New.

That will get you the below form which I filled out with an example of adding a new stakeholder type called "Referrer"

After saving the new record it is available immediately for use, no need to publish.
