Is the design function in the Marketing module slow and unresponsive for others?

The designer function in the marketing module has been really slow and unresponsive the past 5 times I have been in - is anyone else having this problem?

    Hi Eddie,

    It appeared to be working better the day after I posted. It looks like when you add a content block to an email that is built from a bank template things start to slow down - have you noticed anything like this?
