This error occurred when the build process is collecting and recording the build data, and the real error got hidden by this one. First try running the newly added unit tests without TFS, i.e. via command line. Watch carefully for the output - is there any special non-latin character? Another option, gradually reduce the number of tests being run until the build succeeds. It will lead you the problematic test. www.krogerfeedback.com
