Workflow to send an email from shared mailbox

hi there,

I currently have shared mailbox as part of my Office 365 organization. I'm trying to create a workflow within Dynamics that will be sending an email and I would like that the sender of that email to be that shared mailbox.

How do I go about getting this done?

This is an old post, but it might solve your requirements:

The idea is to set up a queue, and send the email as queue.
