flows are missing in the menu for some users

We have created some flows that can be executed on a selected opportunity. Furthermore, these users cannot open the Power Automate environment via the menu item "See your Flows".
However, the Power Automate environment can be accessed via office.com. All users have been assigned the same security roles.

Yeah you're right. I was thinking about another trigger. I know there is a known issue with this legacy connector regarding admin mode. Is your environment in Admin mode? If so, turn that off and check if it solves the problem. Otherwise contact Microsoft Support to help you with troubleshooting.

I would exclude the scope as the cause, since this option cannot be specified for the manual trigger "When a record is selected (Microsoft Dataverse (legacy))". Furthermore, the flow would not work for any other user.

By level I meant scope. If the flow has a user scope it will only run for that user. More info: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/dataverse/create-update-delete-trigger#scope

Could you please check if the dataverse trigger in the flow has Organization scope?

As I understand it, the license plans included with the Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 licenses should be sufficient to run Flows from the Dynamics 365 menu (Not the creation). Also, there is no difference between users for whom it works and those who have this problem, regarding the assignment of the Power Automate licenses.

What do you mean with "Organization level". The flow is created in the environment that belongs to Dynamics 365

Could you check your flow is set to Organization level?
