TDS Threshold overlook

Hi everyone !
 
In Business central, TDS threshold overlook is selected for a particular vendor
 
TDS rate is 5% ,TDS threshold limit is 1,00,000 and per contract value is 30,000 for that section.
 
My invoice value is 20,000. Will system calculate TDS in this case ?

    Yes System need to calculate the TDS on the same because the Threshold is Overlooked.
     
    But whether System is calculating the TDS or not?

    The TDS is not being calculated on invoice amount of 20,000. However it calculates TDS if the invoice amount exceeds 30,000

    Hello Raghav,
     
    Yes Exactly this is happens after the Microsoft Update as on 17-01-2025. 
     
    So you can create New TDS Section Code which is the Copy of Existing TDS Section. Mention Only the Threshold Limit and Don't Mention the "Per Contract Value" in TDS Setups.
     
    And then make a transactions with New TDS Section with TDS Overlook.
     
    Then TDS will be Applied.
