Warehouse App For Latest Update

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone tried configuring the warehouse app with the new update 10.0.14  Nov 2020?

I get a error saying please verify that the user is valid and setup correctly.

Although I could login in another environment with the same config and settings where the latest update was not yet activated.

    Hi Vishnuraj,

    Can you check if the clientId is correct for the new environment?

    Try also:

    a) Create an actual AAD account for wmapp and configure it correctly in AX Users form

    b) Verify if "Active Directory Security Group" config key is enabled? If enabled, please disable

    Alina Lica  can you please provide any more information explaining why "Active Directory Security Group" config key needs to be disabled? We have scenario when we need this config enabled and use Warehouse App as well. Thank you in advance.

    This was a long time ago, not sure if this is still required. Are you getting any error message when trying to connect the whs app ?

    Hi Alina,

    it appeared that in case "Active Directory Security Group" config key is enabled, than it is needed to use real AAD user in FO "Azure Active Directory applications" setup otherwise the error "Please verify that the user is valid and setup correctly" is thrown when trying to connect via Warehouse app
