We are migrating from the SL 7 version to the SL 2011 Fp1 and at the moment of opening "Process Close" send this message in the DBbuild registry error some.

It sounds like the database upgrade process did not modify the intran table for some reason. I would run that process over again and see if that resolves the issue. If the process indicates it was not successful then the dbbuild log file might give you an indication as to why the process failed.
