Is it possible to send bulk email to multiple lead?

I have a scenario like this :

I have 100 data of Lead. First, we will send email promotion to ALL OF THEM. If they're reply, we will move them to next stage. If they're not reply or not interested, we will send other email with different content to them.

So, is it possible to send bulk email like that? Especially send email to Leads with certain status (interested/not interested).

And is it better to use Lead for this case? Or should I use contact?

Hi Intan,

Yes. Please review Marketing List and Campaigns. You can tie these leads all to a Marketing List and add them to a campaign with a campaign activity to send out an email. This email activity can then be distributed which will track the responses within the campaign.

Use a lead, not a case for this based on what you are trying to do. Your Marketing List can be "dynamic" so it can look at dynamics fields on the entity as well.

For example I create 1st campaign. I send emails to all of them. And there are some people who are not interested in this offer or even not reply this email.

Can I send my 2nd email to them (who are not interested/reply) in the same campaign?

Or should I create a new campaign? But how do I get that list of person that didn't reply or not interested?

And is it possible to get campaign response from outlook?

I don't know about it yet. I just have read about how to convert email into opportunity

Hi Intan,

You might want to read about the campaign activities more as there are a number of steps here to accomplish what you are trying to do but I think it is all possible.

I don't know of any way to track "who did not reply" and follow-up with an email on these. Not saying there is no way but I do not know how to do this.

Hi,

You can send the same message to multiple recipients using email templates. This is known as direct or bulk emailing. Or, you can use mail merge with Microsoft Office Word and Word templates to create the message.
