I am having success with the 1st level of work flow, however, the escalation after the time in which it should be completed (1hr) is not working.

The basic requirements are:

-1^st level employee submits expense via EP (no $ amount limits)

-IF the 2^nd level manager does not approve with 1hr, it should be escalated to the 3^rd level manager.

-Right now, I have it working from 1^st (employee) level to 2^nd level, but I am not having any luck escalating it from the 2^nd to 3^rd level.

As you can see it is making to the 2^nd manager, but then it gets rejected.

Here is my workflow setup.

I just recently added the 2^nd step, the 1^st one has always worked, it just does not escalate the 3^rd level.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
