Icon is missing, Outlook 2013

Hi,

I am using CRM Online 2013 and Outlook 2013.All custom entity icons are not visible when we use "Set Regarding" button in Outlook 2013.

What could be the issue? 

I have posted the same question here. But no success.

    Yes. I am using the latest CRM 2013 update.

    What happens if you change the icons to different icons?

    Hi,

    I have replaced png images with jpg images. Now i am able to see icons in Outlook. 

    But not sure why im not able see png icons in Outlook.

    Hi Ravi,

    I don't see any reason why PNG image is not view-able and JPEG are.

    Just for a try, can you replace one of the icons again with PNG image, publish the entity, reopen the Outlook and see if you can see the image.
