Application Server - Request Stuck on "Waiting In Queue"

Hi,

This going to be a very broad question. My apologies in advance.

We recently set up the application server for the very first time. We used the user Guide to do this but there is no mention of trouble shooting in the guide.

The Application server is not processing any requests. The request are all stuck on the "Waiting In Queue" status. I have confirmed and the Server status is "Running" and the Current Request description is "Waiting".

Any Ideas on how I can get this going properly?

Hi. Yes the AS key is registered. Is there any process i can follow to ensure that the AS is working correctly?

Hi,

Do you have the AS key registered? You didn't say what kind of job you are trying to run, but the app server will run for free if you are submitting invoices to email. To make it automate screens, you need to purchase the key.
