Hi all,
The Project Operations data flow doesn't include items (only time and expense). How item can be managed, specifically in forecasting and actuals?

From what I understand of Project Operations all item transactions are carried out within the F
Assuming you are referring to D365 Project Operations deployed in 'integrated mode', we don't currently have support for stock based transactions. It will likely come in a future release but there is no timeline for that.
For your scenario, Project Operations would need to be deployed as an F&O only deployment (i.e. use 'classic' project management and accounting approach in F&O.)

Like Chris Haley said, stocked items aren't supported. Depending on your exact scenario you might be able to log material costs for a project contract / project through the use of Journals.
