Is there any standard (out of the box) way to add custom fields into business central without using any Appsources ?

I mean to add custom field without programming coding.

The most standard way of dong this would be to use dimensions. There are 8 shortcut dimensions which in affect means you will get 8 OOTB fields titled as you define. You can then decide what makes up those fields from a lookup.

From an item data point of view you also have item categories and item attributes. I mean this in the sense that the data which sits in the fields can be determined by the user. In the case of item attributes you also decide what those are, i.e. if you want a "Colour" field and the user has a selection of 10 colours, you can setup this up with no DEV.

I want to add some field called "personal remark" at customer card. Is not a very important field and I plan not to put this field at dimension.  In this case, how can I add this field ? Is there a standard way without using any programming coding ?

There is no way to do that without creating table extension. if it's just a remark why don't you use Note ?

No. Adding custom (or new) fields is called customizing, that means creating an extension in vs-code (development environment).

Personalizing you can use to add already existing fields to existing pages.

At the risk of being pedantic so apologies, but for accuracy in this forum. Custom or new fields doesn't totally fit the bill as a statement for me. Here I have a standard field which is missing from the application which I cannot add through personalising the page but this code solves my problem:
