I have configured my user for Outlook Sync ,and am using Outlook Web App for the same. I am able to see Appointments getting Synced  between CRM and Outlook, but Emails are not getting tracked. Even when I open an email in OWA and try t look for the Dynamics 365 Addin- button, I don't see it. Am I missing anything here ?  I can see the Add in in Appointment Record .....

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

If D365 is enabled/pushed for the user then it will be visible in outlook web app also.

Please refer below article that has information related with the D365 addin button for web app as well as for outlook desktop app.

    Thank you,

Hi. When you install the web version of Outlook as a gradual web application, you can lock and run the web version of Outlook from your computer's home screen or taskbar and access your account offline. But if your Dynamics 365 button doesn't work or doesn't exist, you may need to contact support for help. Or you can learn more about the Dark Web Portal at https://deepweb.net/. This will make it easier for you to solve your problem. I hope this information has been helpful to you.
