Deactivate route version via job or DMF entity

Does anybody know a periodic job in D365 to activate/deactivate route versions of released products in a batch?

Or is there any entity to do so?

I was importing routes via entities and for the versions I was using entity Route versions V2 where it is also possible to activate the route version. However, the previous/old route versions can't be set to inactive with this entity. Instead the route version is imported a second time and I get duplicated versions:

Please let me know.

Thanks!

Markus

I had a same kind of issue for BOM version data and what I did is following.
Hopefully, same as Route version data, too. (sorry if not)

    1. export BOM version to excel file
    2. edit "ISACTIVE" column to "Yes/No" for acitvate/deactivate to records as you need and save it
    3. create import project with "truncate entity data option" to "Yes" (*)
and add BOM version entity with updated excel file

         * This means you can re-create all BOM version data

Please Be carefull the timing to re-create all version data.

    Sorry for poor English.

Unfortunately I didn't find any solution available out of the box. I guess a modification is needed here.

    Hi,

The entity is not going to do that automatically for you, you'll need to write a job to do inactivations and activations after the import.

    Hi Markus

Have you found a solution for this issue? I have the exact same problem now as well.
