Problem when posting invoice prepayment 100%

Hello, 

Is there anyone having trouble when posting purchase invoice with prepayment 100%+ Included WHT?
I kinda got error like this :

Im using NZ version. 
If I try posting directly from Purchase Order, it have no issue.
