I would like to set up a workflow that should send an email to each individual Bookable Resource when they get added to a Project. The Email will vary depending on what Role that Resource is Assigned to on that Project.
Is this Possible? If yes, how should I fill out the Template?

you might create a workflow for "Project Team Member" entity, and configure that workflow to run whenever a "Project Team Member" record is created. Inside that workflow, you will probably have to add a few conditions to verify bookable resource type and team member role, and, then, depending on the outcome, you'll be sending different emails
Whenever a new project is created and team members are added to the project this email should be triggered to all team member. In this case you can use plugin or workflow.
Here is the similar case but in this example they are using leads instead of projects.

I want to create a workflow to send an email to each Bookable Resource once they are added as a project team member, not when I assign a record to a user.
