Hi,

I'm using Integration Manager to integrate from CSV file to Sales Transaction Entry. It has been working quite a while. But recently, below error appear.

Map-Destination-missing.JPG

So, when I checked, the destination is missing & when I want to add again, there's nothing to choose under Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Anyone facing this problem before?

Thank you.

    Aini -

There are a few things that can cause this. Running a shared Integration, when someone else is accessing it and not starting Integration Manager on the machine as the administrator are a couple of causes. Here is a link to a more exhaustive KB article on the problem.

    Hi Harry,

    Thank you for reply.

So, are you suggesting that we upgrade our Integration Manager's version. If yes, may I know to which version?

    Regards,

    Aini -

I do not think an upgrade is necessary. I would suggest you take a look at the Knowledge base article I linked to see if you have one of the typical causes of this problem.  It is also possible to install your current version of Integration Manager on another machine to determine if your problem is workstation related. Once you've installed Integration Manager on a workstation it is necessary to change Tools > Options > Default Integration Manager Database location to point to your actual Integration Manager.IMD file. This access database contains your integrations, and should be located in a shared directory on the network.

    Hi Harry,

    Thank you for your reply.

We already done that (same version in workstation, point same IMD file, shared directory).

Now, we only monitored not to run at the same time for different user.

    Thank you.
