Hi,

I have created lead scoring model for email opened and email clicked. I want to customize the email opened section.

Question:

Is it possible to increase lead score just one time when email opened with Lead Scoring Models.

For Example. if a contact opened the email 5 time, I want to increase the lead score just one time. Not five times.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Hamid,

You need to set the frequency to "At least 1" instead of "each" for the model.

Here is our detailed documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/score-manage-leads#set-up-a-condition Please have a look at the frequency section.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,
