Looking to customize MSD CRM for a Church

Hi,

I'm investigating CRM solutions for a church. MSD CRM out of the box is pretty heavily weighted towards sales and marketing. I can see that it is very customizable but I need a major change to make it suitable for my customer. Has anyone done that? I can see the special pricing for NPOs but I haven't found any help online yet for the degree of changes I would need to make.

    Hi,

    Dynamics CRM is very customisable but you would really need to do a feature vs requirement analysis.

    As a starter Microsoft have created some very good accelerators - The Not for Profit solution might fit your needs quite well - pinpoint.microsoft.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-for-nonprofits-12884966936
