Hi,
I'm investigating CRM solutions for a church. MSD CRM out of the box is pretty heavily weighted towards sales and marketing. I can see that it is very customizable but I need a major change to make it suitable for my customer. Has anyone done that? I can see the special pricing for NPOs but I haven't found any help online yet for the degree of changes I would need to make.
