Hi folks,
Running RMS v2 + Hotfix 40, how can we prevent customers to make purchases at the POS?
I don't want to delete the customer yet, just temporarily "deactivate" it.
I tried setting the GlobalCustomer off at the HQ level, but it does not prevent selling at the POS level.
Any ideas would be really appreciated.

Kevin, I called the tech support line, they mentioned they would assign a tech to the ticket and call me back.
Hi, I'm on-site with customers but will check and advise. It may be possible that this requires a worksheet to be pushed out to the stores and that the POS stations be z-ed out and restarted. If easier, you can also call our tech support line at 888-267-7483 for help.
Hi Kevin, I did played with this setting "Enforce purchase limits for this customer", but on POS customer can still purchase anything.
So, I went back to HQ and on the customer record, when I go to the Account Information tab, all fields are disabled and I'm in Maintenance Mode, so I cannot update anything thru the GUI.
I looked up the Help section, but there is no mention about the Account Information tab.
Where do you go to actually enforce these "purchase limits"?

Hi Alex, in RMS Manager under "customers", select customer, and the "customer options" tab is a check box to limit purchases for that specific customer. More details can be found in the RMS help screen under "Limit Purchases Command". Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
