Are you printing from a modified report?  If the difference is the different computer, then that means a different Dynamics.set file may be used.

Compare the two files - go to windows and locate the Dynamics folder - find the Dynamics.set file and look at the format of the location of the Reports Dictionary file.

If you can not do that, then from within GP, look at the Administration page, look for Edti Launch file - click on Microsoft Dynamics GP  (first line) and see where the REPORTS line is looking.  Make sure that they are the same on both machines.

Let us know if this helps.

I'm wondering if it's possible that the difference between the two machines is caused by differences in regional settings (specifically date settings) on the Windows profiles of the user on the two machines.

The two reports are showing what look like different date formats (one UK? and one US?). GP takes the date format from the Windows regional settings i.e. the two reports might (?) be showing different results because they're being run for different dates. Hope that helps.
