Loyalty card error

I was configuring loyalty program for AX 2012 R3, the setup is completed .

I have already defined a loyalty program with proper tier and rules and associated same .

Checked the loyalty card association with scheme and loyalty program, push the required job for same again.

The card numbers have assigned the to customers but when i do a transaction on POS from Loyalty cards, the system says "Card Number not valid"

If anybody has idea about this please help me out.

If I try to issue a new loyalty card from my Retail POS, it lets me do so.

But then after making any transaction on that loyalty card, the points are not earned.

HI Vickram,

Create a loyalty card from ax not from POS.

then push the loyalty information and than try to do the transaction, by adding loyalty card to the transaction first.

pull the transaction and post it.

than run the post earned point in batch job.

also put yes in the points earned in batches parameter checkbox.

Hi Ranjeetrai,

I have already tried creating a loyalty card from AX.

When I try to add the (already created) loyalty card in POS it gives me an error "Card number not valid".

Due to this error, I cant proceed any further.

Please help me around this error.

Hi vickram,

1. in payment method select pay loyalty card instead of pay card and also in payment method ( set up ) area select point redemption

2. in loyalty program in program tier select next year or next month instead of prev month.

3. in loyalty program in tier rule fill 0 in minimum issued point field

4. run loyalty scheme and update tier in periodic first than run the loyalty info job.

try the above mentioned point.

1. in payment method select pay loyalty card instead of pay card.

2. in loyalty program in program tier select next year or next month instead of prev month.

3. in loyalty program in tier rule fill 0 in minimum issued point field.

4. run loyalty scheme and update tier in periodic first than run the loyalty info job

What do you mean by the below point:

1. also in payment method ( set up ) area select point redemption - I couldn't find the option in payment methods for selecting point redemption.
