Wondering what the best way to set this up in F&O without needing customizations.
We have a couple customers we hold finished good for and ship when requested.
The customer has already paid for the product.
Storing, shipping, etc should not affect the ledger as at this point the inventory dollar value is zero.
We need to keep track of the quantity and they pay for the shipping.
Inventory decreases with shipments and increases when the customer requires more production.
I am thinking Transfer Orders (with a warehouse having the customer's address) using Warehousing and Transportation will work but would like to know if there is anything in F&O for this type of scenario like in Business Central or if someone has another idea.
