Error in AX dynamics when deleting an item with no transactions

Hi everyone,

Please help me with your feedback in case if you ever faced this error message when trying to delete an item no from released items list with no transaction history.

Hi Alecsandra,

Have you tried deleting the released product from the item details form or on the list page without a filter? Are you aware of possible customizations which could also cause this behavior?

Hi André,

I finally managed to delete it from the released table.

Seems that this item was taking part of a superior production BOM which was added to a forecast line and this forecasted item was also planed therefore it remained stacked but without being visible. I was able to see it after changing the plan view from default option "MasterPlan" to "MasterFore".
