Emailing Customers

Is there a setting on a customer card or within emailing that when you have multiple invoices to send to a customer it will create ONE EMAIL with MULTIPLE attachments? Many customers are not pleased with using the combine PDF toggle to generate one attachment, it needs to be one attachment per invoice...but don't want to send one email per invoice.
 
Any ideas are welcome. Thank you!

    Yun Zhu is correct, there's no standard functionality for this. It needs to be customized.

    As per our personal experience We developed a customized functionality for one of our clients to achieve this. in Dynamics 365 Business Central, there isn't a standard out-of-the-box setting that combines multiple invoices into one email with each invoice as a separate attachment (while still keeping them individual PDFs).

    Currently, there is no standard feature in Business Central to send one email with multiple separate invoice attachments. For this, you would need to either:

    • Use customization for creating this functionality.
    • Manually Download and attach multiple invoices to one email.

    As far as I know there is no standard way to do this, it needs to be customized. Hopefully the following two pieces of information can give you some hints.
    Dynamics 365 Business Central: Bulk export/download reports with different layouts to a zip file (Download Posted Sales Invoices/Posted Purchase Invoices to a zip file)
