Unable to create bank accounts as we are unable to choose the main account type even though we have many main account types.Can you please let us know how we need to proceed with this?
Did you map your main account to accounting structure and accounting structure is mapped to GL > Setup > Ledger ?
Also try to enter bank account highlighted in Red in your screenshot and see if it gets enabled?

Hi Judy Jee, we are able to create the main account and also the Bank group but, again by the end, we are still facing the same issue that we are unable to select the main account.

Have you mapped Account Structures in Ledger
Path: General Ledger module >> Ledger setup >> Ledger
Kindly please confirm . If not mapped kindly please map and if you still face issue .. Please confirm
